Kathryn returned to the trades during unprecedented labor shortages of the pandemic, launching a support center in Yerevan Armenia to assist her brother’s business, Lee’s Air in Fresno California. Today Service Hub in Armenia serves several American contractors as a call center, accounting hub, and Service Titan optimization staff. She returned stateside to join the team at Fetch-a-Tech in Las Vegas, Nevada to structure the call center, then manage HVAC Service, work in the field as a Comfort Advisor, and manage Sales. Kathryn has a passion to create opportunity and attract more women to high paying leadership positions in the trades. She is currently partnering with companies to improve financial efficiency through innovation of culture and operational systems with an end goal of increasing the quantity and value of career opportunities for women in our industry.
