Darius Lyvers began his career at F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Inc. in 2000 as a Sales Consultant. During his decade in sales, Darius was known for setting and breaking company sales records. Due to his success in the field, he was promoted to the role of Sales Manager in 2010. In 2016, Darius was given the opportunity to help lead and shape the business in the role as Chief Operating Officer.

In 2022, he spearheaded the sale of the company for the Furr family and moved into his current role as Chief Executive Officer. Under Darius’leadership, the company’s revenue has grown from $37 million in 2016 to a projected $180 million in 2023. Darius has dedicated his career to building a culture of purpose and excellence and he works to fulfill the company’s vision of improving the lives of his employees, as well as those of the customers they serve.

In his free time, Darius enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and their dogs and seeking out adventure in the form of fishing, scuba diving, and traveling.
