Aaron Gaynor is the founder and CEO of Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians, a $60 million and growing home service business serving central and southwest Ohio. A master plumber, Aaron started the business that would become Eco in 2007, after losing everything when his first construction plumbing business failed as a result of the housing market crash of 2007.

Aaron attributes his success both personally and professionally to a powerful purpose and a commitment to continuous reinvention. Aaron now aspires to help other contractors to find and embrace their purpose and use it to reinvent themselves through the acquisition of business knowledge and leadership skills along with relentless self-education and personal development.

Aaron has spoken and appeared on panels at home service conferences such as Tommy Mello’s Vertical Track, Service Titan’s Pantheon, and Nexstar’s annual Super Meeting. He has also told his inspiring story on many home service podcasts including Home Service Expert, To the Point, Can’t Stop the Growth, In the Den, and Born for the Trades.

When not running Eco, Aaron enjoys running and biking to destress and networking with other industry leaders to exchange ideas, learn, and give back through mentoring. He is known for literally walking his talk, be it on fire at a Tony Robbins event, hiking up several mountains at a 14,000-foot elevation, or running with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.
