Rob Parker is a Managing Director and Head of Sell-Side M&A at TD Cowen. Mr. Parker was one of the founders of Quarton Partners. He has advised public and private clients on numerous mergers, acquisitions, LBO, cross border and capital raising transactions across a variety of industries.

Prior to forming Quarton Partners, Mr. Parker worked for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), UBS Investment Bank and W.Y. Campbell & Company where he was a Managing Director and leader of the financial sponsor coverage group.

Mr. Parker is an active member of the Motor City chapter of the Young President’s Organization (YPO). He has a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
